After New York Fashion Week wraps up, the next fashion event will move to London from February 17-21, with London Fashion Week followed by Milan Fashion Week kicking off on February 21.
This year’s format includes an alternation of physical and digital shows and its key events, on the 20th, are the Burberry fashion show, which marks the debut of Daniel Lee at the creative helm of the brand, and the big show of Moncler at Olympia. Two appointments which, strangely, will take place at the same time.
127 brands on stage at the event, with 104 physical appointments (of which 47 fashion shows, 18 presentations, 37 events and two appointments) and 41 digital ones.
Among the names to follow on the 18th there are also Ahluwalia, Molly Goddard, Roksanda and Simone Rocha, while on the 19th it will be the turn of Christopher Kane, Eredem, JW Anderson, Julien Macdonald and SS Daley (who won the 2022 Lvmh award) all in attendance.
The 20th, as we said, will be the day not to be missed, when the Burberry fashion show will take place at 8pm, marking the debut at the creative helm of Riccardo Tisci, who has just unveiled the brand’s new look. A significant moment, which will provide precise indications on the direction of the brand.
Almost simultaneously, at Olympia, the great Moncler Genius show is scheduled, which in addition to friends of the brand Alicia Keys, Pharrell Williams, Palm Angels and Frgmt, will also stage the brands Mercedes-Benz, Adidas Originals, Salehe Bembury and Roc Nation by Jay-Z.
In the spotlight again, throughout the week, the NewGen stylists, supported by the Bfc, together with the emerging ones of DiscoveryLAB and the physical format show dedicated to Ukrainian fashion, on February 21, which will bring the three stylists, Frolov , Kseniaschnaider and Paskal.
