The villa with sleeps 16 stands in a panoramic position atop a hill overlooking onto the vineyards in the Florentine countryside, near the village of Montespertoli. The structure has been recently renovated (winter 2008-2009) and is composed of two twin barns facing each other and where two thin walls connecting the barns create an inner cloister. In the two barns once the farm labourers carried out the agricultural activities on behalf of the master, who lived in the neighbouring villa. The structure offers a 360° panoramic view on the surrounding hills covered with vineyards for the production of the famous Montespertoli wine. Accommodation: – The structure is composed of two barns: Barn 1 is 140 sq mts, whereas Barn 2 is 120 sq mts. Both barns have 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin-bedded room – 8 beds in total – 3 bathrooms with shower. Each barn spreads out over two floors. The ground floor is composed of wide living-dining room (43 sq mts), large kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dish washer, laundry with washing machine and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The first floor is composed of 2 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room and 2 bathrooms with shower. The bedrooms feature is a precious solid-wood, hand-painted furniture. The villa has a wide private garden with pergolas furnished with table and chairs for dining outdoor. Facilities: A large private swimming pool (10×5 metres) among the olive trees. Air conditioning and heating on request.
EVERY DAY POOL AND GARDEN WILL BE CLEANED BY THE HOUSEKEEPER
Dear Client, from June 1st, 2012, the town of Montespertoli will apply a (seasonal residency) tax of € 1,00 per person per night for a maximum of 6 nights to anyone holidaying in the area . This tax is not due for children under the age of 14.
