CORPORATE DASHBOARDS: MANAGEMENT CONTROL BECOMES VISIBLE

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

The advantage of real-time data management

I’ve always believed that the corporate world needed clearer, more intuitive tools. From this need, my corporate dashboards were born , a system inspired by the steering wheel of a car: in front of you, you have the speedometer, fuel level, water temperature, and warning lights that alert you if something is wrong. Why not give businesses the same clarity?

With corporate dashboards, everything becomes visible at a glance: production status, order progress, deliveries, production costs, and material requirements. No more chaotic Excel files or late weekly reports, but real-time data , linked to departments and operators. This is the heart of true business intelligence designed for SMEs and luxury companies that need to make quick decisions.

The system works simply yet powerfully: our control mechanisms automatically collect production data, warehouse inventory, the movements of batches sent to external workers, and processing times. This information travels through dedicated sensors—checkpoints and access points positioned along the assembly line or supply chain—and is sent to the central server. There, it becomes visual indicators, like a car dashboard, immediately showing what’s working and what’s not.

Beyond visibility, these systems calculate production time statistics : how long each phase takes, where bottlenecks arise, how much it actually costs to produce a batch. This is essential for industrial accounting : knowing costs in real time, optimizing margins, and accurately planning future needs. This is what makes dashboards a true Business Intelligence tool , not just passive monitoring.

Conclusion: In a world that relentlessly produces data, we need a system that transforms it into decisions. This is what my dashboards are designed for: to read production efficiency in real time, transform numbers into strategy, and allow entrepreneurs to understand costs, timescales, and margins at a glance. Because those who know their numbers today are already a step ahead tomorrow.
