ZEGNA: AT MILAN FASHION WEEK, PERSONALIZATION BECOMES THE PROTAGONIST

Zegna, the emblem of quality and Italian sartorial tradition, introduced an exclusive initiative during Milan Fashion Week. The brand offered 50 selected VICs (Very Important Clients) the unique opportunity to directly choose pieces from the Fall/Winter 2025 collection, presented on the catwalk today.

Accompanied by dedicated consultants, customers will be able to delve into every detail of the collection thanks to the support of creative director Alessandro Sartori, available in the days following the show to explain the concept of the garments and guide personalized choices. This approach reaffirms the central role of the customer and consolidates Zegna as a pioneer of sartorial luxury.

The show was conceived as an extension of “Villa Zegna”, the narrative concept that celebrates the roots and excellence of the brand. At the Mico exhibition space in Milan, Sartori recreated a small Australia, evoking the landscapes from which the fine wool featured in the collection comes. A green meadow in the center and videos of grazing sheep projected on the walls completed the atmosphere, transforming the location into an immersive experience between nature and craftsmanship.

The heart of the collection is “Vellus Aureum”, an exceptionally fine wool with fibres between 12 and 13 microns, even softer than cashmere. Sartori has translated this elite raw material into coats, jackets and vests with boxy and functional lines, with details such as deep pockets that invite relaxed gestures. Wide, beltless trousers and knitwear with V-necks reflect an elegant and casual aesthetic.

The color palette, ranging from ivory to wine red, is enriched with a Donegal motif that gives visual depth to the garments. The moccasins, a symbol of discreet refinement, complete a stylistic picture that combines tradition and modernity. “There is something typically Turin in this collection,” said Sartori, “a cultured and nonchalant attitude, a peculiar way of being Italian.”

With this collection, Zegna demonstrates that innovation does not stop at the product, but extends to the customer experience, making it an integral part of the brand’s narrative. This celebration of Italian excellence redefines luxury in a global and contemporary way, confirming Zegna as an undisputed leader in the international sartorial panorama.
